Registrar’s Office
The Office of the Registrar is the records custodian of the college. The Registrar’s Office maintains records and provides information regarding curriculum, enrollment and academic plans, statistics and personal data. Primary among these services is the responsibility for maintaining accurate records for each student while maintaining confidentiality.
The Registrar’s Office is responsible for:
- Manager of student records and database
- Evaluation of candidates for graduation
- Evaluation of transfer credits
- Verification of student status
- Publication of the timetables
- Production of reports and statistics from the student database (CAMS)
- Transcripts
- Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) resources
