Distance Education Complaint Process
Bellin College is authorized to provide distance education under the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). Students enrolled in distance education courses who have a complaint should first follow the College’s grievance procedures.
If the complaint is not resolved at the institutional level, students residing in SARA member states may file a complaint with the Wisconsin SARA State Portal Entity. Complaints must be related to distance education and filed within two years of the incident.
