In previous years, the College hosted a formal First-Year Finish event for Nursing and Allied Health students. Due to the many conflicting schedules, classes, and end-of-year commitments that naturally occur this time of year, we are taking a different approach to the celebration this year.
Instead of one formal event, we will be offering several drop-in times at the Resch Campus Student Lounge where you can stop by to pick up your scrubs and celebrate this milestone. This format will be more relaxed while still serving as a meaningful recognition of all you have accomplished so far in your journey.
There will be music, food, and time to gather with classmates, faculty, and staff. We truly want you to feel celebrated and acknowledged for making it to this important point in your program.
Drop-In Dates & Times
Monday, April 20 — 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Monday, April 20 — 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, April 21 — 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Please plan to attend one of these times to collect your scrubs and join in the celebration. If you are unable to attend any of the listed times, there will be an opportunity to pick up your items at a later date.
We are incredibly proud of the work you have put in and the commitment you have shown. This is a moment to pause, connect, and recognize how far you have already come.
