Self Defense Class

Hello all!
Join us for a self-defense seminar here at Bellin College! Sensei Barry from the Green Bay Martial Arts Center will be teaching a seminar with The Mixed Martial Art (MMA), Limalama, which is an American/Polynesian arts of self-defense system. Sensei Barry will review how Boxing, Kickboxing, and self-defense work in a street situation.
