Bellin College May Commencement

May 17th, 2014

Bellin College will host its spring commencement on May 17, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. Commencement will be held at the Byron L. Walter Theatre on the St. Norbert College campus. Students should arrive no later than 8:15 a.m. and report to the dressing room area. Doors to the theatre will open to guests at 8:30 a.m.

Caps, Gowns, Announcements, Tickets, Etc.
Caps, gowns, cords and graduation tickets will be distributed to all graduating students on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the atrium. 

If students are interested in ordering graduation announcements, samples and ordering information can also be picked up in the Development and PR Office any time after April 1, 2014.

Rehearsal & Senior Breakfast Social
All students participating in the commencement ceremony must attend the rehearsal on Friday, May 16, 2014. It will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. in the Byron Walter Theatre on the St. Norbert College campus. Prior to the rehearsal, a Senior Social Breakfast will be held at the Bemis Conference Center (next to the theatre) at 9:00 a.m. The breakfast will feature student speakers from each graduating class and provide an excellent opportunity to celebrate all that students have achieved during their time at Bellin College. The breakfast is free to all graduating students.

Speakers
The commencement address speaker will be Dr. John Raymond, M.D., President and CEO of the Medical College of Wisconsin.

The student speakers are Jani Morgan (BSN) and Jordan Treml (BSRS).

Commencement Reception
A reception will be held after the ceremony that is open to all graduates, parents, faculty and guests. The reception will be held at the Michel's Ballroom on the St. Norbert College Campus immediately following the ceremony until noon. This is a great opportunity for graduates to reflect on their time at Bellin College with their peers, family and friends. There is no cost to attend the event, no reservations are required, and all graduates are encouraged to attend.

Diplomas and Transcripts
The Bellin College Registrar’s Office will send a copy of each graduate’s official transcript and diploma to the mailing address provided on the Intent to Graduate Form approximately six weeks following graduation.
