Bellin College is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management to join its team

Bellin College is seeking a motivated individual to join its team as a Director of Enrollment Management. The Director’s primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive enrollment plan that is consistent with the strategic plan and enrollment goals. This position integrates all aspects of the enrollment process including effective strategic recruitment and admission selection in order to achieve enrollment targets. The Director’s primary goal is long-term strategic enrollment growth of qualified students utilizing effective data analysis to drive decisions supporting recruitment, admissions, and financial aid leveraging to augment enrollment efforts. Collaboration with all departments is expected in order to contribute to the retention of students and overall student outcomes.

Minimum qualifications:

•         Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education. Business or related degree.
•         Minimum of five years experience in higher education administration and enrollment management.
•         Strong leadership and administrative skills managing operational aspects of the enrollment management program.
•         Demonstrates record of using technology and data in developing and implementing an effective recruitment plan.
•         Ability to lead departmental structure including office workflow.
•         Related work experience in a college setting developing enrollment management plans.
•         Strong analytical critical thinking, timely project management, problem recognition and resolution skills- Ability to set and attain key strategic goals.
•         Knowledge and practical experience in recruitment, marketing, admissions, financial assistance, and retention.

Bellin College is seeking Faculty for their Bachelor of Science in
Nursing (BSN) Program

Bellin College is looking for dedicated nurse educators to join its team of faculty members in their traditional, 15-month, and RN-BSN tracks.  The BSN faculty member is responsible to participate in planning, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum; to support the Strategic Plan of the College; and to contribute to the development of the profession.

Minimum qualifications:

•         Master’s Degree in Nursing. Terminal degree preferred.
•         Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in Wisconsin.
•         At least 2 years of full-time or equivalent direct care experience as a practicing nurse.
•         Medical surgical experience preferred.
•         Employed in nursing within the last five years.
•         Experience in teaching in post-secondary institutions.
•         Knowledge and skill in the application of the principles of teaching and learning.
•         Knowledge in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.

Adjunct Faculty - Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program

Qualified adjunct faculty are required on an as needed basis dependent on instructional resource needs. These are limited-term appointments.  Qualifications include, in part, a master's degree in nursing with clinical and/or advanced specialization as appropriate; doctoral preparation in nursing preferred. Current State of Wisconsin RN license in good standing; 2-5 years minimum full time or equivalent direct care experience as a practicing registered nurse.  Competency in principles of learning, teaching, and curriculum development necessary.
