Executive Director of Advancement

Bellin College is seeking an Executive Director of Advancement for the College. This position reports to the President/CEO of the College. The Executive Director of Advancement is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all of the College’s fundraising initiatives including major gifts, annual funds, planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns. The Executive Director of Advancement works closely with the Board of Trustee Development Committee in all development and fundraising endeavors.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in the areas of public administration, public relations, business, or related. Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in development and fundraising, organizational leadership, or related fields, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• Must demonstrate a proven track record of cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts and be knowledgeable about the local community.
• A knowledge of trends, relationships and issues in health sciences education, health care delivery, and development is required.
• Must have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with Administration, Faculty and Staff.

Administrative Assistant for Academic Affairs

Bellin College is seeking administrative support for the Academic Affairs Department with a special focus supporting BSN and MSN programs. This position supports the work of the BSN and MSN Program Directors and works collaboratively with other support staff of the Academic Affairs Department to support the department’s day-to-day operations.

Minimum qualifications:
• Associate Degree for Administrative Assistants or Office Management preferred.
• Three to five years prior experience in an administrative support role, or one to two years assistant experience with two-year Associate Degree required.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities, often with numerous interruptions, while being attentive to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to be flexible in a changing environment.
• Proficient with internet searching, scanning, database principles along with computer software expertise in the areas of word processing, design and utilization of spreadsheets, data management, presentations, and e-mail (MS Office preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Ability to work with material in a confidential manner.
• Experience with meeting facilitation and committee activities including scheduling, arrangements and minute recording.

Instructional Design Intern

The Instructional Design Intern provides audiovisual, computer and instructional technology support to promote excellence in teaching and learning at Bellin College. Must be working towards or have been granted an Associate or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field. Knowledge of HTML, graphic design, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, instructional design theory and learning management systems is preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with basic hardware and software troubleshooting on PC and Mac systems is required. Basic familiarity with audio video recording and editing is also required. Experience as a student in an accredited online program strongly preferred.

Adjunct Faculty - Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program

Qualified adjunct faculty are required on an as needed basis dependent on instructional resource needs. These are limited-term appointments.  Qualifications include, in part, a master's degree in nursing with clinical and/or advanced specialization as appropriate; doctoral preparation in nursing preferred. Current State of Wisconsin RN license in good standing; 2-5 years minimum full time or equivalent direct care experience as a practicing registered nurse.  Competency in principles of learning, teaching, and curriculum development necessary.
